[Bilgewater Champ Concept] Taura, Chosen of the Kraken

Please read all the stuff below the kit as it can answer questions you may have. And it would be very much appreciated if yall could post any and all feedback you have! :) If you have any suggestions on tweaking or changing things please post about that as well. Thank you for your time!

Taura is a champion which can switch between two forms (like Jayce or Elise). Her human form is an AD Assassin holding a special harpoon she made herself as a kid. (((I'm thinking like a spear with a hook under the blade))) Her alternate form is an AP Bruiser that excels at knocking enemies around and zoning them. (((This is a WIP Post, I have to mainly work on upgrading the R)))

Roles: Jungle or Top

Lore: Taura grew up in the looming shadow of the Butcher's Bridge. Her father worked in the Slaughter docks with a fishing business and helping loading boats and ships with cargo, as Taura's mother served as a waitress in a tavern. Her father taught her everything. From fishing to fending off a wharf-rat. How to tie knots to stealing. He even began teaching her how to navigate the sea in his little boat until the Harrowing came. He volunteered his body and soul to sail away and fight off the spirits and lost souls of the Shadow Isles. His face was never seen again, and his face and business was forgotten as it disappeared. Taura and her mother were one of the few left with memories of him.

The first time Taura killed a man was when she was merely twelve years old. She ran into the tavern to show her mother her reward for spending two hours of fishing right as a man grabbed at Taura's mother's wrist. "C'mere ye ol' Lassie, I wouldn't bite a women with such welcoming breasts like yours right 'ere" He reached towards her with his other hand, as the waitress screamed, her hand whipping out and smacking the cheek of the man. His red flushed in anger as he tossed her across the room and against the wall. "Hey, leave her alone!" The tavern keeper yelled. "Shut up, land lobber!" The man pulled out a gun. His friends laughed. Taura was taken over with fury as she pulled her hand made harpoon off of her back. The very next moment the wood planks under her feet rattled and shook with sound like thunder as she ran straight at the man. Taura's harpoon immediately met with his stomach as she gored him. For the next year she was feared and despised by her past friends, as well as from her piers. Her mother was the only one who continued to love her.

Six years later she got into the sea monster hunting business. One particular hunt Taura and her team set out only to encounter another sea monster hunting ship. Competition between these types of groups are common, and a large battle broke out between Taura and this other crew. Cannons were fired and guns shot. Many of her crew were slaughtered and her ship was heavily damaged. Taura was about to retreat when four humongous tentacles whipped out of the water, one of them tossing up Taura's ship into the air and causing it to tip to one side. She fell into the water with a mighty crash. She couldn't believe her eyes. A Kraken swam right up to her, its giant eyes glaring into hers. A large spear made specifically to hunt such beasts was jabbed right into the kraken's side, causing it to bleed. An echoing voice sounded in her head. "take. it out." She hesitated a moment, if she didn't help it could kill her immediately. She swam over to it. grabbing it with her hands and placing her feet on the monster, she pulled with all her force. Several moments passed as the spear slowly moved its way out from the flesh of the kraken. Then there was a blinding flash and the kraken disappeared. But now she felt a new power dwelling within her. She could breath, and her arms became long tentacles. The water around her moved at her will. She spotted her ship sinking down onto the ocean floor. With a mighty push she flew up, a mighty pillar of water holding her above the sun lit sea. She lashed at the enemy ship and crashed waves upon it. Soon, they were a thousand feet under water as well.

With this new found power in her control, she set out for a new goal. She would avenge her father's death...And destroy the shadow Isles.

Visuals: In human form Taura has leather pants and shoes with a white pirate shirt and a pauldron on her left shoulder made out of a sea monster's hide/bone with a strap across her chest. Her black straight hair is in a small, loose, ponytail with a little bit of hair hanging down on the front side of her head. In her second form She is part kraken and has tentacles for arms with glowing blue eyes and she loses her ponytail and her hair becomes wavy with a pink streak down the right side of her hair. Her voice becomes echo-y.

Kit

Passive: The Sailor's Way Taura gains 25/50/75/100 extra movement speed when in the river (((goes up when upgrading ult)))

Human Form: +30% attack speed, +25 Armor, +25 Movement speed, and 10/15/20/25 base attack damage

Q: Scavenger Cooldown: 15/13.5/12/10.5/9 Seconds Cost: 60 Mana at all ranks Passive: Whenever Taura kills a unit, she gains 5/7/9/11/13% of her missing health and mana along with 5 gold Active: Taura gains 30/35/40/45/50% attack speed and 10/15/20/25/30% Lifesteal for the next 3 attacks

W: Tie 'Em Up Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 Seconds Cost: 30/40/50/60/70 Mana Taura dashes a fixed distance to a targeted enemy. Once she passes the enemy they are snared for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and takes 10/20/30/40/50 (+30% attack damage) physical damage.

E: Serpent's Strike Cost: 45/50/55/60/65 Mana Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 Seconds Active: Taura mimics the bite of a serpent at the targeted enemy dealing 75/125/175/225/275 (+80% Attack Damage) Physical Damage and revealing them for 5 seconds.

R: Kraken Form No Cost (((Unlocked at level 1))) Cooldown: 5 seconds at all ranks Active: Taura Turns into half-kraken form losing her Human abilities and extra stats in exchange for 375 attack range, +25 magic resist, 10/25/40/55 base Ability Power, and access to new abilities (((Using ability Power))).

Q: [Undecided Name] Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana Cooldown: 15/13/11/9/7 Seconds Active: Taura smashes her tentacle on the ground in a line, causing water to also erupt from the sides. Enemies hit get dealt 50/80/110/140/170 (+50% Ability Power) Magic Damage and are slowed by 10/20/30/40/50% for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 Seconds. If enemies are hit by the water instead of the tentacle, they are knocked to the side a short distance instead of being slowed.

W: Unrelenting Waves Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana Cooldown: 18/16/14/12/10 Seconds Active: Taura sweeps the ground launching three waves in rapid succession at targeted enemy each dealing 40/55/70/85/100 (+20% Ability Power) Magic Damage and knocking them back a slight distance.

E: [Undecided Name] Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 Mana Cooldown: 26/24/22/20/18 Seconds Active: Three tentacles come out of Taura's back, blocking the next three ranged attacks so that they do 40/50/60/70/80% reduced damage.

Jungling: While jungling you are more likely to use human form for better clear and sustain, while using Kraken form for extremely effective and scary ganks. Your passive allows you to get into lane quicker and being more aware if the enemy jungler is trying to counter jungle or gank as well. Kraken form's Q and W will keep your enemies away from safety and closer to you and your allies.

Laning: In lane it is effective to stay in human form for the sustain during farming, and using it to get close to your enemies when engaging, and then switching to Kraken form to beat them down and zoning them.

Strengths: viable with both AP and AD, sustain in both kits, heavy CC and zoning, mobility

Weaknesses: Kraken form takes TONS of mana, kraken form's W can be blocked or countered (Vladimir W, Morgana/sivir Spell shield, zhonyas, fizz E), ignite.
