Absolute Trash Ranking?

I'm gonna try to keep it cool, but I'm absolutely livid after my ranking in season 8. I've been playing for 4 years, 1050+ hours on the game, and my year in review stats (however accurate they may be idk) showed I was at the same level as gold and platinum. Yet, after going into placements and **getting 8 wins and only 2 losses where I was always destroying the enemies (who weren't bad themselves) ** I get put into Bronze 1. I've been in bronze before (a long long time ago) and now I have to put up with teams and teammates who don't ever seem to know what they're doing. I don't mean to be toxic, but I am very annoyed with this right now. Has this happened to anyone else in Season 8?
