This champ is made to be simple, but powerful. It is mainly for those who want to focus less on their 3 hit 3 passives stuff and more on the tactical things. As such, the champ has a low skill floor and ceiling.

Primary: Mage Secondary: Support

Health: 560 (+60 per level)

Attack Damage: 60 (+3 per level)

Attack Speed: 0.625 (+1.36% per level)

Movement Speed: 320

Health Regen: 4.5 (+0.5 per level)

Armor: 17 (+3 per level)

Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level)

P-Forgotten: Wyvern can move through units and has 5%/6%/7% bonus MS if he is not hit in the last 10/9/8 seconds.

Q-Lash: Wyvern lashes out with his tail up to 500 units. He hits the first enemy champion or epic monster and stops there. It deals 50/70/90/110/130 (65% AP) magic damage. It deals 50% reduced damage to minions. This ability hits the first enemy champion or epic monster.

W-Impair: Passive: When Wyvern hits a unit with his Q or R, they are marked with a debuff for the next 2/3/4/5/6 seconds. Active: Wyvern encases them in mud, slowing them and dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (40% AP) magic damage.

E-Stun: Wyvern fires a skillshot 300 units. It deals 50/80/110/140/170 (70% AP) magic damage. It stuns the first enemy hit for 1.5 seconds.

R: Erupt: Wyvern channels for 1.5 seconds, then explodes out. He deals a minimum of 100/200/300 (10% AP) magic damage and a maximum of 400/500/600 (50% AP) magic damage.

The passive needlessly complicates out of combat movement speed. To better fit with the game standards, it should be "while out of combat".

400+ base damage also seems a little absurd for a level one ultimate that doesn't have to be aimed. Especially when you figure that it has a 1.5 second channel that the 1.5 second E stun conveniently makes up for. With ignite, you could turn ganks in to double kills, no outplays required, just massive AOE damage.

The issue is that he has no way to trap multiple enemies in his ult for team fights (like Nunu). He has no way to use his ult except with flash, and then he just gets instantly CC'd and blown up with no way to escape. Honestly, this champion looks like a worse Aurelion Sol with a broken post six laning phase.

His Q is also AP Zed Q which is definitely not the direction anyone wants to take. A lot of these abilities are simple, I'll give you that, but they're also just... nothing new. All of these abilities sort of already exist in one form or another. That's always an issue when we get so many new champions, but there are more creative ways around it. That's why most champions nowadays have some sort of gimmick.

I'd say the passive is fine with the above change, and the W is fine, if a little underwhelming.
