Elemental Dragonlings

After browsing through the patch notes, elemental dragons have finally been added into the game, this is probably one of the things that people looked forward to the very most. However, there is the RNG factor of its spawning, which is something that should not exist in a skill-based game (let's push the balancing aside for now). So I thought it would be much better if the players decided which one of the dragon spawns.

Introducing Dragonlings, 4 of them spawns in the dragon pit at around 2:00, each one symbolizing a different element. This camp would be able to be solo-ed by the jungler. When three of the dragonlings are killed, the last one would flee, 4 minutes after the camp "clearing" the elemental dragon would spawn, according to the one that survived.

This would eliminate the RNG factors of the game, giving players more control and choices. On the other hand, this would add a lot more competition and pressure between junglers since they are the ones deciding for the team.

The RNG doesn't favor one team over the other, though. For example, a rotation based team really wants the air dragon, but if their opponents get it it becomes much harder to out-rotate them.
