[Champion Concept] Esteban, the Agent of Avarice
So far we appear to have demons symbolizing lust ( http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Evelynn ), gluttony ( http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Tahm_Kench ), and (according to the wiki, anyways) wrath ( http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Nocturne ). I wanted to create an avatar of greed, a character that could be played either as a support or adc that is empowered through a personal item in a similar way to Viktor. Visually, I imagine Esteban as a somewhat effeminate, attractive and young Piltovan male in the finest upscale suit and top-hat available, with piercing golden eyes and a pair of pointy ears. He carries a cane-gun ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cane_gun ). He essentially looks like a mildly otherworldy banker. Toyed with the idea of making his outward model essentially 'decay' into a state of manic disarray as the game goes on and his coffers swell, but that might be difficult to implement. Anyways, here we go:
Passive: Money is Power -> You start with an item, The Infinite Vault, that allows you to bank your unused income. Banked gold continuously enhances your AD ratios on your abilities. This gold can be cashed out to enhance your abilities with additional effects. [This essentially means that you can add money to this item and leave it there to just increase your AD or you can cash that money out for enhanced abilities. This means that 'unused' gold toward the end of a particularly long game will always have value for you, and will make your damage potent even if you're playing support if left alone long enough].
Secondary Passive: Hoarder -> You can have two gold income items. You also grant additional gold when killed (based on level and % of gold banked). [Giving you additional avenues of making money while also making you a big 'ol target.]
Q: Cane, Bang Loss Lead-er (Ha! Get it? Get it? ...) -> You bring your cane gun up in a flourish before blasting a target at medium range with a shot that pushes them back and faces them the other way.
Empowered Q: Adds a brittle effect to this ability.
W: Predatory Collection -> You lay a trap on the ground that, upon activation, allows you to blink behind the enemy who activated it. Can be activated by minions. Global. [The trap purposefully does not yield true sight; it's meant to be a set-up for an all in on an isolated or otherwise valuable target or a tactical pivot to a less dangerous area]
Empowered W: Trap holds the enemy in place briefly and yields a true damage dot.
E: Coin Flip --> You switch stances from either primarily melee with you cane to assist movement or ranged with you cane primarily as a gun. Cane stance -> You and nearby (think of a range similar to the Guardian keystone) allies gain additional movement speed Gun Stance -> Your auto-attack range goes from 175 to 550. Your cane is a single-shot gun that has to be reloaded, so your attack speed is relatively low.
Empowered E: Cane stance auto-attacks now slow your struck opponents. Gun stance auto-attacks are delivered much more quickly (downtime in reload is drastically lowered).
R: Repossession -> Esteban flourishes as if to Q, instead sending a shadowy, grasping hand out at medium-long range to envelop and suppress the first enemy champion hit. At the end of the suppress, he and the target change places, with the target taking damage (based on AD ratio) and Esteban gaining tenacity (based on rank) for a few seconds. [This is another Urgot old-ult rework idea. For adc Esteban, it's a risky execute made more palatable by the tenacity steroid. For support Esteban, it's a powerful repositioning tool. ].
Anyways, that's it. Could be pared down to just be a support or an adc. Or anything else. Just wanted to create a cool kit. Comment or not!
