Skin Idea: Zyradinger

Nothing terribly fancy. Her plants look more like Heimer's Turrets than plants. She, herself, would look somewhat mechanical, and her abilities and ultimate would reflect that change. And she could even throw wrenches. Would be a fun change to Zyra, and she lacks skins to begin with.
