Maokai Rework

Maokai. He is a tree dude. That is about it. He isn't played much (except in urf), and I was thinking we could change that; thus, I am suggesting this change to his passive:

Growth: When maokai stands still, and does not take champion damage (minion/monster/turret damage do not interrupt this), he regenerates health/mana. the beginning rate is 1%/second, increasing by 1%/sec every second.

Reasoning: His current passive is ok, but I don't think it quite ecaptures his planty aspect. This passive makes it so that when he stands still, he embeds himself in the soil, and regenerates health/mana from the nutrients in it (he could also have a really cool animation for doing this, like becoming a tree).

I know, this is like garen's passive. Except, its not. the only similarity they share is that they both get health when they are not getting whacked by champions.

Also, this would allow for some cool plays, like him sitting under an enemy tower while it is clearing minions, and getting his health regen up so that the tower couldn't kill him.

That's too weak. I'd rather his current passive because it helps when he's trying to be beefy in team fights.

Your passive would encourage him to stand still for too long and basically not do his job of helping the team. At that point of regen he might as well recall as he'd be back before the passive would have gotten nearly that amount done. I like the concept, but 1% is too low.
