(Champion Concept) Drake, The Will of Runeterra

Drake, The Will of Runeterra (melee support)

Stand Tall (Passive): Allied units around Drake will receive 50% bonus armor and 50% bonus attack speed when below 50% of their maximum HP. When the unit(s) are slain, enemy champions receive 3% of their maximum HP.

Go Home! (Q): Drake shouts (duration: 0.5 seconds) with such power, enemy units facing Drake for the duration are slowed for 10% out of fear for 3 seconds. Enemy units facing away from Drake during the duration gain 10% movement speed for 4 seconds instead. COOLDOWN: 7/6/5/4/3

Tactical Retreat (W): Passive- Drake has 5% movement speed when running toward allied structures. Active- Drake has 7% movement speed when running toward allied structures and enemy units behind Drake are slowed for 10%. Both Passive and Active are disabled when inside allied turret range. COOLDOWN: 15/13/10/9/8

Runeterra's Will (E): Passive- Drake has 5% bonus armor, magic resist, attack damage and health per point in this ability (5%/10%/15%/20%/25%). Active- Drake consumes all self given bonuses, and it gets permanently too his appropriate stats. Passive will be disabled for 2 minutes or 120 seconds. COOLDOWN: 180/180/180/180/180

Last Resort (R): Drake can only activate this once all other abilities are on cooldown (including passives). Drake summons a Baron-like creature that only attacks the area around it, it attacks both allied and enemy units. It's attacks damage, attack speed, armor and health is increased by 5% every 3 minutes or 180 seconds. Cooldown: 160/160/160/160/160

This type of thing is new to me, I can already see many flaws in this idea. This is why I left the range of his abilities to you, the reader, as well as base stats. I wanted to make a champion that would be too powerful after like 40 minutes into the game, similar to Nasus as his q could stack and get stronger as the game goes on.
