New Stat Idea
So as a pretense to this, I must state that this is not technically a new "stat", but I'm suggesting it earns its own name to save text space and increase ease of location. What do I personally hold in belief that deserves its own stat? Percent Health Damage. Especially in the current meta, so many champions and items have scaling percent health damage (Such as the passive on-hit from BotRK
or Maokai's saplings). For ease of use, I think it would be beneficial to separate percentile health into 4 categories and name them each: Percent MAX Physical, Percent CURRENT Physical, Percent MAX Magic, and Percent CURRENT Magic. Organizing these would help greatly in reducing the amount of text used in-game to describe abilities, and would greatly increase organization in the shop.
