A Few Item Ideas

So I have noticed that there may be some areas of League that are slightly lacking in items. Here are a few of my proposals to these situations. If you disagree with these ideas, then don't seethe at how bad you think the idea is; explain what you believe is wrong below. I'd love some feedback.

Item 1: So I noticed that there isn't really an option for Magic resistance for mana-hungry champs in the early game (as of now, you have to build mana item then mr, or vice versa [excluding the new support item, but that requires a bound ally]). I thought it may be a good idea to add an item that has MR and Mana.

Name: Rune-shaped Scepter Stats: +600 Mana, +45 Magic Resistance, +250 Health Unique Passive: ETERNITY: 15% of damage taken from champions is gained as mana. Spending mana restores 20% of mana spent as health, up to 15 per cast (toggle spells heal for up to 15 per second). Build:item 1027 + item 1057 + item 3010 + 430 Gold (2170 + 430 => 2600 Gold)


Item 2: There is very low flexibility for attack speed when trying to build armor (i.e. Warwick against a full AD team). Figured a sort of armor alternative to Wit's End would be useful.

Name: Rapier of the Guard Stats: +40% Attack Speed, +40 Armor Unique Passive: Basic Attacks grant +5 Armor and reduce the target's armor by 5, stacking up to 5 times (also add unique passive name to this item and wit's end so there isn't an issue with someone stealing all the resistances) Build:item 1042 + item 1043 + item 1031 + 300 Gold (2100+300 => 2400 Gold)

Item 3: Since there is AD, AP, and Armor based sheen items, figured it might be a good idea to introduce an MR related sheen item.

Name: Enchanted Buckler Stats: +60 Magic Resist, +50% Mana Regeneration, +250 Mana, +10% CDR Unique Passive: SPELLBLADE: After using an ability, your next basic attack deals (100% Base AD) Bonus Magic Damage to enemies in a cone (cone is 35 degree angle with a radius of 150 (+60% bonus MR) units). 1.5 Second Cooldown Unique Passive: HARMONY: Gain +25% base health regeneration for every +25% base mana regeneration. Build:item 3028 + item 3057 + item 1033 + 300 Gold (2300 + 300 => 2600 Gold)
