Evelynn only the 4.20 skin and the masquerade (i think thats the one) are good, dont get why they didnt swap out for chinese art work in the mean time for her...

Truthfully, I would be happy if everyone with oldish skill icons got new skill icons. As far as texture, you named most of them, except for Taric, Poppy, and Malzahar to my knowledge.
