Barber Shoppe (Salon Girl) Irelia

I think Barber Shoppe Irelia would be a great skin for future Halloween or URF events. I imagine the skin having 60's vibe to it (vibrant colors and huge, goofy hair style), an apron with various haircutting utensils, and a massive pair of scissors for her blade.
