Are you an idiot? There are literally only 3 champions with Ultimate Level skins and Ezreal is one of them. He has one of the best skins in the game.
Yorick hasn't gotten a skin in four years; the only change among all of his skins is a new dance for Pentakill. Poppy has waited three; among her six skins, there is a total of one new particle, Lolipoppy's Q. Kassadin last received a skin in 2011; none of his skins offer any particle or animation changes. If there was a skin released that was JUST PULSEFIRE EZREAL'S Q, it would have more models than any of these skins, and as many new particles and animations as ALL OF THEM COMBINED. So STOP WHINING.
