PROJECT : YASUO Skin update/addition of border?

Hey this is just a little thread to see if Rito could do things to maybe just make Project Yasuo a bit more shiny/sparkly. Just make him stand out a bit more due to the amount the new project skins stand out. (without really changing the skin) Also being a PROJECT skin (and the first to say the least) like a few people out there i believe he should get a border! I mean its not like i decide what he gets but I think it'd be a cool thing to ask for.
