New character idea or addition to Nayuta?

With my imagination, I've come to think of a new champion that could be made out of lightning and even breathe it. But I think it would make more sense if there was something like lightning smoke or mist at least because it just doesn't seem possible for any creature or person with this ability, for example, dragons can breathe the element fire, or can be made out of fire, or a champion made from the shadows including assassins similar to Zed. I really think a champion made out of a form of lightning or lightning mist/smoke, similar to Raiden from Mortal Kombat. He could able to breathe and speak while the storm in him thrives in his body. He would sound sort of like a robot and have a deep voice and sound like sparks or something relevant to that idea. Just throwing out an idea, his name could be Arcus, if not Nayuta. He could be a top laner or jungle character, he might even be better off alone or even the opposite. The way he casts his abilities would bring the storm out of him resulting in the rage of the storm; that could even be his overall description of who he is, maybe even called the storm within. If you guys would want a drawing, I would be happy to. Having this champion would be very fun and i'm sure more people would have love playing this champion.
