(Champ Concepts) Jager the Framed Gunsmith (work in progress)
Role: Marksman / Assassin Jager is a great laner that can pressure with it’s burst abilities, his cohesive kit allows Jager to efficiently assassinate squishy targets.

Innate- Slinger: Jager’s passive has two components Six shooter: Jager’s basic attack use ammunition, he can attack up to 6 times before reloading. Does not reload until magazine is empty and each reload takes 2 sec, reduced by .25 sec every every ninth level Every third shot deal 35% basic attack damage behind the target in a small cone
Bullet Master: Jager basic attack cannot miss by blind or deal critical damage instead each % of crit chance equal 1 attack damage
Q- Puncturing Bodkin: Jager fires in a line that goes through minions but stops when it hits a champion, dealing physical damage and deals an additional 8 +.06 ad ratio with true damage from basic attack for 3 sec. Range: 1100 Damage: 50/90/130/170/210 (1.0 ad ratio) Cooldown: 19/16/13/10/7 sec
W- Kill list: Jager silences and slows his target by 35% and if the champion is killed during the wanted duration, Jager’s team receives 25 gold. Range: 675 duration: 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 sec Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 sec
E- Strafe: Increases Jager’s movement speed and attack speed, while also allowing Jager to attack while moving and reload time is .5 secs Duration: 1.5/2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5 sec Attack Speed: 20/24/28/32/36% Movement speed: 16%/22%/28%/34%/40% Cooldown: 15 sec
R- Showdown: Jager next 4/5/6 basic attack deals true damage. If Jager gets a kill, refreshes basic attack. During the duration Jager is immune to slows. Cooldown: 80/70/60 sec
