Jager the Bulletmaster [Updated]

Role: Marksman / Assassin Jager is a great laner that can pressure with it’s burst abilities, his cohesive kit allows Jager to efficiently assassinate squishy targets.

Passive- Scatter bullet: After 6/5/4 basic attacks, the next basic attack will damage units behind it in a cone for 35% of the original basic attack damage dealt. If critical strike, deal full damage.

Q- Puncturing Bodkin: Jager fires in a line that goes through minions but stops when it hits a champion, dealing physical damage and deals an additional 8 +.06 ad ratio with true damage from basic attack for 3 sec. Range: 1100 Damage: 50/90/130/170/210 (1.0 ad ratio) Cooldown: 19/16/13/10/7 sec

W- Wanted: Jager silences and slows his target’s by 35% and if the champion is killed during the wanted duration, Jager’s team receives 25 gold. Range: 675 duration: 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 sec Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 sec

E- Strafe: Increases Jager’s movement speed and attack speed, while also allowing Jager to attack while moving. Duration: 1.5/2.5/3.5/4.5/5.5 sec Attack Speed: 20/24/28/32/36% Movement speed: 16%/22%/28%/34%/40% Cooldown: 15 sec

R- Showdown: For 1.25 channel Jager deals 50/75/100 +50% of target’s missing health through magic damage but will have a 50% chance of missing if target is is out of range from initial cast. If the target is killed, the cooldown is reduced by 90%. If target is wanted, the target receives an additional 20% of magic damage. Range: 1625 Cooldown: 80/70/60 sec

Lore Jager was master gunsmith who built many unique guns, most notable is Graves’ Destiny and JInx’s fishbones and POW-POW. Because of Graves and Jinx’s bad reputation, all city states took Jager’s designs. That did not stop him, in secret he worked on his signature weapon “Slinger”, a multi-action revolver. Unknowingly to him, the city states were using his design to equip their police force and the wealthy were using them for their own gain. The one of the wealthy went on a killing spree and left his weapon, Jager’s Design. The police arrested Jager and sentenced to death. Jager escape and chase down the person who framed him, however the person was found dead in Zaun. Jager then realize that the city states are mass producing his weapons and consider it their own. Jager made his mission to destroy all factories, laboratories, and kill all user of his weapon in every city states. By doing so he was mark as a terrorist by the city states. To this day he is still doing his mission, he joined the league of legend because some of the champions are using his weapons
