Hextech Trading?
Just thinking, It'd be cool if you could trade shards you don't want or already have with other players. Kinda self explanatory

A trading system would turn the boards into a market, and cause you to be bombarded with a constant stream of unsolicited friend requests, and also increase the damage someone can do to your account if it's compromised. It would also result in scam trades and sites.
All the bad things to us aside, it would be a big loss in revenue to Riot by making it easy to get skins you want without gambling or paying in RP.
Imo there are just way too many downsides. It's better if you just buy and spend RP responsibly.
