Sivir Rework

For the past couple years of playing league, i've noticed that this adc hasn't been played too often, like kalista though her skill is higher capped and geared towards higher elo players. I just wondered why hasn't she gotten a rework yet? No one talks about her and even in some games I play other players say that she should be reworked. I have no idea's for the champ because im not creative enough, so i'd like to hear your guy's thoughts and suggestions down below and make sure you gives a thumbs up if you liked the video, Vsauce signing out.
