Honor Level and Chat-Restrictions

Okay okay, so I know the honor system is supposed to restrain and attempt to help reform toxic players. In my opinion it does have some flaws, like restricting a player to move on and removing another honor level when chat-restricted which is why im making this post. You see it's hard to know if the player is 'tilted' or not and yeah yeah you have points like you could mute everyone, or just take a break. Well I am here to tell you that not all players are like that and it is hard for them to reform if they're constantly met with these chat-restrictions and bumping their honor level down back to Zero. Chat-restriction in my opinion should have nothing to do with the Honor level ranking system and should be removed. I understand that it keeps toxic players from typing too much, but a reforming player will most likely get a chat restriction due to their nature, something they cannot fix.

I was Honor level 4 at the highest and peaking near honor level 5 until I left too many games, not on purpose, but due to the hectic year, there were many instances where I had to leave the game and attend to something almost immediately, since I had to visit my grandpa many times before he later then passed away and a number of other things I had to go to, this in return got me banned for 2 weeks. And after around a the new reworked honor system came out around like august of last year it's been really difficult for me, to rank up to the honor system. To me, I feel like this Honor system, if below honor level 3 makes you feel like a criminal in a sense and demonizes the fact that you're a nuisance to the community.
