[Champion kit concept] AP assassin/AD skirmisher/hybrid playstyle
I'm glad this did not take like very much effort so I will not be upset by those many downvotes every champion concept gets lol. Honestly, I would also add lore and personality, but I think it would only be a distraction and I also have no idea for someone fitting.
This kit is mostly designed by a fantasy of having some new REAL hybrid playstyle which could be shifted as the game is progressing while also having interesting and original play pattern. This kit is designed to be viable in mid lane, top lane and jungle to increase the versatility even more. So let's get straight into it.
Passive: His basic attacks cleave, dealing 20/25/35 (1/9/16 lvl.) (+0.2 AP) physical damage.
CMNT: His passive is simply designed for wave/campclear, because the rest of his kit doesn't offer that.
Q: He hides in a wall for 4 seconds (can be interrupted by movement command). He's immobilized, targetable and vulnerable while hidden, but can be seen only by true sight. His vision radius is shortened, but if the wall is thin enough, he's able to see both sides of it and also leave it on any side. Leaving a wall grants 85/120/155/190/225 (+0.7 AP) (+1.2 AD) bonus magic damage on next basic attack. Q's animation can be cancelled by casting E.
Cost: 90/80/70/60/50 mana CD: 10/10/10/9/9 s.

CMNT: This is the ability most iconic ability of the kit. Can be used for counterjungling, escaping, catching an enemy and for outplaying them over all (more in Combos section of the post). Animation should be a short dash (think of Riven's Q).
W: Builds an impassable wall that lasts 1.25/1.5/1.75/2/2.25 seconds. Casting W while hidden in a wall does not reveal him (although his destination is clear by the time he does it).
Cost: 80 mana CD: 20 s.

CMNT: Can be used as a ganking tool. Q can be used on it. Similar to Diana's Q cast, but doesn't go right from the model but rather from the side.
E: He dashes in a direction, dealing 60/80/100/120/140 (+0.5 AP) (+1.0 AD) physical damage to all targets he passes through. If a wall is left using E, E's cooldown is put on 0.25 seconds.
Cost: 100/95/90/85/80 mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 s.

CMNT: Necessar mobility for him to be sticky and/or flashy as a skirmisher or an assassin. Also the only AoE (except passive) that can be used for clear.
R: Summons an aura around him for 11 seconds, affecting enemy champions. The aura deals 30/50/70 (+0.08 AP) (+0.3 AD) magic damage every second. Additionally he gains 20% lifesteal and spellwamp. If there are any enemy champions affected, his spellcasts drain only half their manacosts, the other half is spent from enemy champions' manapools (the amount is divided by the amount of affected champions).
Cost: No cost CD: 140/120/100 s.

CMNT: His ultimate is mainly a teamfight-surviving tool. The mana part is for him to compensate not building any mana item (there are better items on him) and I think it's a unique interaction, but I'm not sure if it is healthy gameplay desing by Riot's philosophy.
Combos:
Catch-and-burst: Q into a wall, wait. E, basic, E. Should be most effective with full AP build (may contain Lich Bane).
Cut the escape: Q into a wall. When enemy team is arriving, W behind them to cut the way out and set the stage for ally team. Then you might all in with R. Should be most effective with tankier builds and when contesting/baiting jungle objectives.
Midlane burst: W. Q into the W and cancel it instantly with E. Basic, E. Full AP burst.
