How to make Dominion popular again.

It is no secret that no one plays Dominion as much as ARAM or TT, or SR. And Riot won't update it since it is so unpopular. After seeing Overwatch in action I came to a conclusion on how to make it better. Be able to switch champions during the game. I don't know the technical limitations for this but it could make Dominion even more popular, maybe more than SR. The balance part could involve banning certain champions and then having the team picking a pool of champs to be able to switch to. The switch will happen after respawning and there can be multiple champs out at once the time limit might need to be changed along with score but it might work. If the enemy team all pick Trynd and kill you all squishy team you could be like "Fuck it" and pick all Rammus, or go all Rammus, Malphite and Taric. This would keep the action alive and the game won't be decided in champion select. And maybe if it gets popular enough we can get a ranked mode out of it.
