Problem with Graves having his cigar back

This goes against his canon. I demand that we get a new lore story explaining why graves went back to cigars.

It's not that hard to believe. Vaping as a tool to quit smoking isn't amazingly effective. Plus, it's hecka expensive.
Because Graves realized that smoking chemicals is way worse than natural tobacco, so he went back.

He lost his supplier back in Bilgewater, but when they traveled to Piltover, Graves probably got his vape from Zaun. Now he's getting his cigar from a new source.

Riot Cactopus isn't a lore writer, so just because he/she said it doesn't make it canon. Problem solved.
Maybe Graves has successfully snuck his cigar into League and past Riot's gate, because it's no longer tobaccos in the cigar, while Riot's scanning machines are wired to detect only that.

The reason he got hooked back onto cigars is that he was never not hooked... You see, the underground enchanters of Noxious thought it would be a riot (teehee) to change his perceptions of cigars to vapes and vice versa. He was searching for treasure or something, (Idk what he does on his spare time, he's a man of mystery), and found the master vape, one of the legendary vapes from times of old. This vape has been taled to taste of cigar without the actuality of existing as one. This magical tool started to replace his amazing cigars with the help of the Noxious enchanters made him turn to this tool of the elders. He had just realized that he was not in possession of the infinite cigar but the infinite vape. This is DEFINITELY a quick explanation of what happened, hoped this helped.
