I got bored so i made some turret buffs

"Staggering Shots" (Outer turrets): Turret shot's now interrupt channels. this is just for proper channels like Death Lotus , Nether Grasp , Last Breath, Charged spells like Decimating smash and Arcanopulse are fine. and yes i came up with this after being Yasuo'ed way too often and way too early in the game.

Bring back Lightning rod

Bring back the Inner turret's shield

"Hexplosive Death-Ray" (Nexus turrets): a variation of lighting rod that releases an explosion when it kills something that only hurts minions. meant to raise the penalty of not guarding your Super minions, as without them the rest of the winion wave will fall much more quickly.
