Lore:

Adan is many of Noxus' sworn protectors. Adan was born on a farm near the Ironspike Mountains in Noxus. Adan was very adventurous and was very keen to discovering his talents. Adan's mother once told him "Son if you provide for your country it'll provide for you." Adan spent most his younger days helping his parents around the farm. One day he decided to join the army. Before he left his mother and his father gave Adan the robe of a Damacian priest their last mission. 5 years had pasted and Adan had proven himself to all of Noxus to be counted among them. Some of the other yordles felt inspired when Adan would come back and they would eventually formed the Alpha Squad in which Adan was their commander. It was during this time rumors of a yordle assassin from Bandle City that could move through walls and where he could be found had begun to spread like wildfire. one of the places Adan knew well for it was located couple miles north of Noxus. Later day Adan adventured to the cave to check it out. When he first saw the cave, he ran straight into it with out resolute. Traveling deeper and deeper, Adan finally found what he was looking for the assassin kneeling before a rock spire that erected a mystical purple aura. Along with 3 humanoid hooded figures. During the battle Adan touched the Rock Spire and then an explosion went off killing the assassin and 2 of the 3 hooded figures. Adan was severely wounded. He dozed off for several centuries he slept. until the day he was found by Swain.

When he woke up he found himself in a room with nothing, but a bed and a window. He quickly got up fearing the worst and started towards the door, But when Adan's feet touched the ground his fear had vanished as if the ground was reassuring him that nothing will happen to him. Adan look out the window seen his beloved farm and was over filled with joy. When the door opened Adan saw Darius and Swain. First Adan asked Swain questions only the ruler and Adan would know. These answers were encoded in both their DNA. After he was satisfied he then asked what he was doing there? They told him they rescued him from an cave collapse on the way to seeking out a relic. Adan spent a few years getting to know Noxus again. He saw the change hardly any Yordles in the military. “They have no-one to look up to and they have no faith in Noxus" Adan said "I will restore their faith" Then he asked Swian if he could restored to his post as Noxus' Sentinel and Swain agreed. But when he asked for permission and joined his Noxus brethren on the Fields of Justice. When asked "Why he should even be allowed live?" Adan replied "If Noxus wanted me dead I wouldn't be alive now "

I see a lot here, but finding a lacking theme. I see that he is a support but he is kind of built like a utility health based caster.

Innate: I am digging the whole stacking mr and armour buff passive you get for allies killing minions. However 30% of a champion's max health per kill/assist.

To put that in perspective, say that Adan and Vayne are three man ganked. They quickly turn on the enemy Jinx, knowing her flash is down. Now with a 30% heal beginning to kick in they can fight the other two. Quickly killing Janna and Lee Sin, Katarina come in from mid for a clean up. Vayne and Adan however have both healed for 90% of their max health through the other three kills.

In that situation, a 4 man gank just turned into an easy 4v2 because of massive healing just for getting a kill. Consider turning the on kill/assist portion into a bump to 6 stacks on the MR/Armor percent bonus and removing the reduction for allies temporarily.

Q: Honestly, I like this ability, but decide which CC it performs. If you choose to use sleep, make it "Pacified" where they can't cast or attack for a scaling amount of time. This would give him reason to max this over his more damaging harrass abilities.

W: Again, I like the abilities concept. However restoring Mana/Energy/Rage/Ferocity/Flow for simply being nearby when he lands a W is kind of an unhealthy gameplay. I mean it's awesome to reward a good player. Don't get me wrong. However rewarding his team by giving them empowered abilities simply for being near him (what is the distance around him to reap the reward?)? It seems toxic. Additionally, giving Health and Mana on the same ability provides an ungodly amount of sustain for him and his lane partner. Remove the Resource Refill portion and it works great.

E: This is where i lose sight of the theme. You have a great Snake Bearer concept going and then here it loses momentum. A health drain on a support? If I ignored the fact that Fiddle is known for his Drain amongst other things, I would point out that it is a %drain instead of flat damage, making him a brutal tank killer.

R: Goddamn. I love the concept of this ability as an ADC main. However, giving a Vayne who is packing Life Steal quints/BT/BORK gives her a total of 86% lifesteal including masteries. I like the utility he brings but he also brings too much of it. It doesn't matter if I am the worst Vayne NA, an tumble into their Malphite with 600 armour. With that much life steal i can literally tank him. I would find something to replace his life steal buff. Maybe allow him to give an ally a set 15% life steal and the rest of it can scale with him.

Overall, I could see him falling into the Meta as a Tank Support reliant on Aura Items, and buffing his ADC hard. His top lane wouldn't be the greatest but he could even open up into a strong jungler, if he wasn't a health based fighter. Additionally, and this is gonna seem weird, but what makes Support's so limited is Mana. With all of his sustain, and no mana costs, he could potentially threaten the enemy bot lane out of lane without much trouble. Maybe look into giving him Mana, and mana costs.

If you're not good at numbers, leave them off. Right off the bat, the numbers are horrifically overtuned, making Adan impossibly good at everything. Everything.

The lore is...How do you encode answers to a question in DNA? What? Also, unbold that lore, it's eye-searing.

There's a reason why double-dip passives have been going out of style - they generate no compelling gameplay and make the champion more snowbally by providing massive amounts of free stats. 2% of health to any non-mana stat results in horrific power just from hitting, say, 3000 HP (easy to do with two health items, easier to do when those health items are also resistance items). From that alone, you're pretty crazy overpowered.

There's also a reason why form-changing champions have been notoriously hard to balance - they dump their ult for what's effectively 3 more skills. Riot's tried to solve this by making each skill hyperspecialized - Elise's human form has a DoT, a homing AoE nuke of sorts, and a stun, while her spider form has a short-range nuke, an attack speed boost and heal, and a gap-closer/escape. Contrast with Fizz, whose Q is her spider Q but better, his W is a crazy ramped up steroid in comparison to Elise's limited variant, his E has a much lower cooldown AND a damaging component, and he actually has a ult. Point I'm trying to make is that form-change champions ideally have very limited skills to compensate for having 6.

This isn't the case with Adan, who has 6 full abilities, one of which gets three shots with horrifically powerful bases that can gib anyone in the early game before going on cooldown - you know, assuming your last hit doesn't kill a minion and reset itself, whereupon the pain train begins and never ends. Not just that, but he is pretty much THE BEST FIGHTER EVER - his healing scales off his missing HP, meaning he caps himself off every time he wants to selfheal, he has ludicrous amounts of HP, he can debuff your damage so you can stop being useful, and, of course, Assault Q has ludicrous bases and will pretty much screw over anyone early on, whereupon you leverage your early gold advantage into more HP, which becomes The One Stat To Rule Them All.

This guy is heavily overtuned with weird abilities all over the place. You need to pick and choose what he does. Go look at the other form-changing champions and compare the overall power of their abilities to what you've got. Bring him more in line with other form-changing champions, and especially swap out the passive - it's an impossible amount of free money going into the thousands. Noxian Yordle is pretty neat, but not as THE BEST FIGHTER EVER.

You asked for a review, so here it is.

He has a very low base health at level 1. 442 health. This guy is supposedly a defensive/offensive fighter, but he has less health than any ADC would have. He has about the same health as Sona, one of the squishiest champions in the game.

Same thing for his base AD. 45 is one of the lowest in the game.

This guy has the stats of a support.

Come on, he even has the armor of a support. 18. However, this problem is negligible because his passive gives him at least 35 armor at level 1.

First of all, his passive. Its not clear, so I'm assuming it means gain Armor and Magic resist equal to 8% of your maximum health. this is too strong. At level 1, he gains 35.36 Armor and Magic Resistance with the base numbers, which is too strong.

Let's get to his abilties. The first thing I've noticed is that everything scales with his defenses. There's no AD or AP scalings at all. This is bad, because it forces a full tank build, which in turn gives him major damage. Armor and Magic Resist are defensive stats. they provide damage reduction. Of course, you can give him like 1-2 scalings based on these. But all of them are these.

Look at Malphite and Taric. They have 1-2 abilities that scale on armor, but the rest scale on AP and AD.

I like his Defensive Q becausw it's unique. It's like an AoE Vayne Condemn. And a dash at the same time.

On the other hand, I don't understand how the assault form Q works. I don't know how it works at all, so I won't comment on it.

Your W is deeply flawed. It promotes snowballing, something Riot has frowned upon. This is why Mejai's Soulstealer was reworked.

It heals more when you have more assists, which can be troublesome. In also has a very high base heal. The damage boost to allies is too strong. Do you realize how much 8% max health is right? At level 1, most ADCs have 600 health with Dorans Blade. This boost would give them around 48 extra damage. It's just too much. Same thing for the assault form version. It is purely focused on having kills to make the buff stronger. Too much snowballing involved here.

Your defensive E is a ridiulously strong shield because it is scaled on Adan's maximum health and is an AoE thornmail.

Your assault form E is too strong with the way it scales. They also lose AD based on Adan's AD too, the way I read it. How would this work, ever? Your scalings force Adan to build tanky, and therefore they would have no extra AD. Since its just going to be using his Base AD, why not set a flat amount instead?

Your ultimate is simple as it ism No need to comment.

Overall, this concept is very flawed in terms of scaling and the passive. They are digustingly broken and force one style of itemization. However, some of the abilities are unique, I will give you that.

From what we know of the lore, almost all Yordles live a peaceful yet relatively isolated existence in their home of Bandle City, with the notable exceptions of Heimerdinger and his associates. Viegar's lore made it sound like no Yordle had ever gone to Noxus before, let alone dared to try, and given his determinedly harsh reception it would be unlikely that anyone else would ever try again.

...though now I have a somewhat humorous mental image of a Yordle exile piloting a very human-like robot or golem shell as a disguise serving as a mercenary in the Noxian army. By the time the jig is up and Noxus realizes this guy is really just a Yordle in a suit, he's already garnered such a reputation for himself that none dare give him hassle for it.

Abilities - 7/10 Originality - (Based off when the original concept was created) 8/10 Lore - 4/10 (Numerous typos and grammatical errors, also needs a bit more fleshing out) Thematic Unity - 6/10 (No real reason given for why he uses snakes as his symbol) Originality - 7/10 (Really like the E) Effort - 9.5/10 (Only docking due to the lore but I could help you rewrite it if you wish)

Overall enjoyable concept, not too overloaded with too much cc or damage, a clear path of what you want out of your champion. He seems more of a top lane bruiser than a support, though i can see that aspect out of him. It pleases me that a concept has continuously been changed and updated all these years. Looking forward to other submissions from you!

#Warning Wall of Text incoming

Theme: Noxian Yordle... with Snakes

Niche: Noxian Support

Lore: Rather cliche beginnings: adventurous kiddy, somehow becomes accepted by the military, inspires a whole movement, somehow survives the explosion that kills 3 other people (who were farther away from the explosion than him) and gets rediscovered and brought back to business by a known and powerful character.

Generally does very little to explain his existence as a Noxian Yordle, his powers and personality and feels somewhat lacking in that regard.

Focus on his actions/contributions and goals

Misc: Why is Veigar a friend ? He kinda left Noxus after they tortured him for an untold period of time.

Visuals: Can’t judge it too much, since it is just a sprite, but he looks a bit to colourful for Noxus (each Nation has some hint of color coding)

Passive: Kinda fits with Noxian aggressiveness, but it feels somewhat weak, since it has no interaction so to speak off. It also feels weird for the assist to count more than the kill (Typo ?).

Should promote/help him to maintain his playstyle and promote an unique approach to playing him.

Q-Ability: Why is this the only ability to not cost energy? Kind does remind me of an AP Riven Q. Does each side mean he doesn’t damage enemies in front of him? Poison damage is worded weirdly (maybe recheck grammar)

A three hit combo with relatively short range, doesn't really work that well with support, considering the ammounts of CC/poke some comps have.

W-Ability: More of an ability I would expect on a bruiser, but it does offer some needed sustain.

Could work, but might need more interaction (feels a bit bland)

E-Ability: Finally some CC on this support, which has a very short range though.

Give him more CC and spread it more around his kit OR focus on another aspect this support could focus at.

Ultimate: The aura is definitely too strong considering some team compositions Vayne. Auras are generally considered a form of bad design, considering that they offer little interaction and have skewed fun/frustration ratios.

Anything is better, than a simple stat buff aura

Overall: Why does he have no way to regenerate energy (like every other champion with energy) ? Why does he even use energy, as far as I am aware he is not a martial artist. Why does he use serpents, is he Cassiopeia ?

He kind of doesn’t feel like a full support: In lane he would be poked to death, since his W won’t give him much sustain early game. He also lacks CC , which will make him useless until he gets his ult. I see no tactical or personal (enjoyment of playstyle) reason to ever pick this champion.

I see that you have redesigned and threw around his abilities quite a lot, but I would like to ask you some questions: What is your champion supposed to excel at / be weak at? What new gameplay / power fantasy does your champion bring to the game? How does his Lore / personality connect to his abilities / gameplay?

Answering those questions should help somewhat to streamline his design.
