I see potential here but one question... What exactly makes it Deep Sea related? I think if you can add more to it that would directly relate to that theme, it would be significantly better. Extremely clean art though.

Idea is nice, but this is more of a hammerhead shark skin, isnt it?

Creaures in deep waters are more "terrifying".

Conclusion: Name does not fit design.

can't quite put my finger on why it is, but to me he almost looks feminine. Cool idea though, i was thinking that the wings could look a bit more "aquatic", like lionfish fins but more deadly-looking and capable of actually flying

Remember guys that Riot doesn't copy the Ideas piece by piece, they just inherit the idea and create their own version of the skin that's at least 50-80% similar to the concept.

For example, they will create a different version of Aatrox's sword that's similar to that art one.

But when it comes to attack skill , his E attack where the shark fin is going across will be implemented.
