A chief adviser to a long lost kingdom, Rakuum once guided the hands of kings in what is now the shadow isles. Quick of wit, and sly of tongue, Rakuum had talked his way through most of his life and into a very grand job. When the kings wife became ill, his grief infected the entire kingdom, including Rakuums way of life. Seeking the ease of the past and to distract his king, Rakuum whispered a single idea into the kings head, to bring back his wife from the dead, and twisted magic into them. With the king otherwise distracted, Rakuum began to live his life anew. When the isle became corrupted, Rakuum was infused by the black mist. All beware the whispering winds. For as the herald approaches, none may escape there maddening caress.
