Base concept: Marksman without mana, Leopold brandishes his fully automatic hunting rifle and is in the League to get best trophies. Unlike Rengar, he does not hide behind bushes to deal serious damage.

Abilities:

Passive - Zaunian Antimatter Ammo

Every auto attack consumes 1 charge of ammo and deals additional 5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18/19/20/20/20/20 (+45% AD) physical damage and 5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12/13/14/15/16/17/18/19/20/20/20/20 (+55% AP) magical damage. This damage will crit when original auto attack crit. Leopold can not auto attack while he has 0 ammo.

Q - Reloading

Cool down: 8/7/7/6 s

Leopold stands still, channeling this ability for up to 3s or until he moves, autoattacks or uses ability or summoner spell. While channeling Reloading, Leopold gains +33%/s ammo regeneration and +1%/+2%/+2%/+3%/s HP regeneration and 50/75/90/110 (+25% AP) shield.

W - Picked targets

Cost: 2 ammo

Cool down: 2/2/2/2 s

Leopold carefully aims his gun and hits target enemy champion for 55/75/125/195 (+110% AD) within 625 range and gives them a stack of Exploited Weakness. If champion with at least one Exploited Weakness dies, Leopold gains additional 20g. For every stack of Exploited Weakness, Picked targets deals halved damage. Exploited weakness stacks disappear after 8s after it has been applied (and each stack disappears individually).

E - Hunters Fervor

Passive - Leopold gains 2.5% attack speed for every enemy champion with at least one Exploited Weakness.

This ability may be casted while channeling Reloading. Leopold gains additional +10/+15/+20/+25 (+3% AP) armor and magic resist for next 3/4/5/6 s. If this ability is casted during the Reloading ability, Leopold cannot be displaced, rooted, stunned, slowed, knocked up or knocked back until the channel of Reloading ends or Leopold cancels it.

R - Guns and Blazin

Cool down: 120/100/80 s

Leopold enters Guns and Blazin mode for next 6/7/8 seconds. During the effect of this ability, Leopold gains 100%/s ammo regeneration. Additionally, Hunters Fervor grants him additional +5/+10/+15 (+4% AP) armor and magic resist and lasts additional 3/4/5 s. The duration of Guns and Blazin is renewed by 2/3/4 s for every kill or assist Leopold gets during the duration of Guns and Blazin.
