Decided to do a little statistical research with riot api and here are my results.

well done! I still wont be surrendering at 20 in my ranked games. If statistically some still win it might just be my game that comes back :)
This also destroys the myth that higher elos have shorter games because they are better at snowballing; plats and diamonds have a HIGHER comeback rate, because they don't make stupid decisions that put them further in the hole.
