Do you have a specific circulation for champions via lore locations?

Like, a silly example if we only had Demacia, Noxus, and Ionia as locations, a rotation would end up looking like

DEMACIA > NOXUS > IONIA > DEMACIA > NOXUS > IONIA etc etc.

In short, do you guys try to get a good rotation on most of the areas on Runeterra? Because there are a few places I am saddened they haven't covered.
