New Jungler just like Vi. Champion Concept: Nav the Cyborg

My suggestion for a new champ could be we like a kick version of Vi. We know Vi for using her steel robotic arms to damage opponents but can we get a male kickboxing champ with steel robotic shoes that has huge mobility. He is a jungler/ Fighter

His passive is: Whenever he auto attacks 2 times he has attack speed and armor penetration for 3 secs.

Q- Footwork: With this ability he does a fury of kicks at a fast pace in a cone. Its something similar to pantheons E W- Dance move: He does a spin kick that stuns and knock up oponents E-High Jump: With this ability he can jump and stand on walls twice for a 5 sec duration then land wherever close. This can be used an escape R- MMA_ Similar to a yasuo Ult but does not require a knock up.
