Club Owner Heimerdinger Skin

Hello.

At 2:30 of Heimerdinger's Champion Spotlight, Phreak says some people call Heimerdinger, 'The Club Owner' because he uses his turrets as bouncers to protect himself. I've noticed people mention Club Owner Heimerdinger in various places, but I haven't seen anyone talk about it possibly being a skin (unless I'm BLIND). I thought it'd be a neat idea and that Riot should look into it, if you can imagine what I'm imagining.

Sorry if someone has already mentioned this. I get the feeling someone did, and I don't want to take any credit or whatever about the idea of the skin (although if I'm wrong, hire me Riot). I've been looking around for a thread or something that mentions it and could not find one. So I posted my own here.
