Champion concept [Stat decreaser/lane bully]
So with sustain being such an important part of league and there being champs who sustain really well off lifesteal (nasus) and Hp regen (garen) in lane, and also champs that stack (nasus, sion) i thought it would be cool to see a champion that has a reverse/counter effect to these champs that would be a lane bully. I think it would be cool to have a champ that decreased peoples defensive stats (trundle i think steals stats but this is different). My idea was a champ that would slowly decrease defensive stats, maybe decrease their regen too to the point where they have no HP/mana regen if they stay near you too long, while they are near you or maybe through your abilities, then if they stay too long in lane you can kill them with their low defenses. There would have to be a way for them to reset their stats (gangplanks cleanse ability, the cleanse summoner spell, ect). I like champs where their entire kit is very centered around a playstyle, im not a balance expert but the numbers can be changed. I also feel like a champ like this one would make lesser used items very relevent, such as zzrot with its double resistance, or in low ELO QSS to get rid of debuffaaaaa
Champ overview could be: Champ Type: Fighter/support, it would be a vampiric type person maybe grim reaper looking Passive: Every time you auto attack a unit it loses 1/3 (any number really) hp and mana regen per 5. [i think there should be a snowball type mechanic like dravens gold thing since this champ would be a lane bully and not as effective elsewhere]
Q: Reduces all nearby enemy units armor by 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 or 2/3/5/6/7%, whichever is higher (7 second cooldown?), stays until debuff is removed by backing or cleansing W: Reduces all nearby enemy units magic resist by .5/.75/1/1.5/2, or 1/2/3/4/5%, whichever is higher (7 second cooldown?,) stays until debuff is removed by backing or cleansing E: TOGGLE OFF: Your auto attacks deal bonus attack damage ON: Your attacks are converted to magic damage equal to x% (50%?) of your bonus attack damage (cost x mana per attack when on, maybe make it expesiveish for an all in, bonus AD since the champ could be used in a support role) R: Disable enemy active (maybe champ passives? not like ability passive just the ones that everyone has. that would be cool too) items for 3/4/5 seconds (within 750? units) and slows them by 15/25/35%. I have no idea what could be the rest of the ulti, maybe that is enough since it would mean the enemy has to QSS in time to avoid it.
So what do you all think? Again I'm not the best at designing abilities or balancing their numbers but i like the idea of a person who would be a stat decreaser (not stealer) that would force an enemy back or face death.
