(Somewhat of a joke) skin concept: Pop-Starchild Soraka

(Just a rough idea)

Her passive makes her fly while an airy chord on a synth or string ensemble plays. Her Q makes a bass-drop sound like in dubstep (not sure about the visual effect). Her W make a synthesizer sound with music notes on a staff for visual effects. Her E makes a low droning synthesize sound similar to a Bard mating call. Her R makes music notes on a staff fall from the sky on each person and a bright angelic Soraka voice is heard by each person.

Recall animation: she dances kinda like Star Guardian Lux and music to some pop song related to stars plays.

In addition, she sings her quotes with music playing the whole time, kinda like DJ Sona, and using her abilities at any time makes it sound better.
