Debatable. Aurelion sol is an AP bruiser who will build tanky AP stats. I doubt Veigar will 1 ko him.

Unless you are somehow playing against a high AP vegetable, you rarely ever get to actually one-shot someone as veigar. Sometimes there's that one Zyra, Janna, or Soraka who that it was OK to pick them after veigar and into the support role where they could only choose between AP and MR and then still they went AP, but thats usually it.

Dat Aurelion will have roamed 3 times before your level 6 and now has item 1057 item 3010 .

Yeah... Veigar has stun cage. which allows a full rotation.(which given both will build AP) will pretty much kill him.

someone who plays veigar you get use to not letting slow moving skillshots stun you(which would be only way you might die vs sol)

His cage is jack sht, the delay pretty much gutted the ability, you have to be an idiot if you were going to get hit by his cage.

I main Veigar and i think in the right instance sol can win early and maybe mid but late game if Veigar has been playing right with his stacks and hasnt fed the shit out of sol he will come back harder than Braum ab's
