Wrath System (Replaces Crit Chance)
This is just a post describing a new concept called "Wrath" that would replace critical strike chance so damage is more consistent. I'm aware there are already posts with a similar concept, but I feel they never really went into much depth on how everything would function. Some champions have unique interactions when critically striking, and I felt the need to address them. I also felt like some items with unique crit interactions (Essence Reaver) needed addressing as well. If you like it, great. If you don't, that's fine too. Concept
Wrath: Increases damage of basic attacks by a percent amount against non-structure units. Limit of Wrath set to 100%, can be increased with Wrath multipliers. (100 AD with 50% Wrath causes basic attacks to deal 150 base physical damage against non-structure units)
Champions
Yasuo: Passively doubles current Wrath. Bonus damage from Wrath 90% effective. After using ultimate, ignores up to 50% of enemy champion bonus armor based on current Wrath. Limit at 100% Wrath. (Not affected by Wrath multipliers).
Tryndamere: Gain extra wrath on auto attacks. Wrath gained per attack increased by current Wrath. Basic attacks lower cooldown of Spinning Slash(E) by up to 1 second based on current wrath. Limit at 100% Wrath. (Not affected by Wrath multipliers). Doubled against champions.
Ashe: Does not gain bonus damage from Wrath normally. Instead, basic attacks gain a percent bonus found using the formula [(Wrath * Wrath multipliers) / 100]. Also gains up to triple slow on passive based on current Wrath, up to 100%. (Not affected by Wrath multipliers).
Jhin: Bonus damage from Wrath 75% effective. Fourth shot immediately sets current Wrath to 100%. Additionally, gains 2-40% (based on level) (+4% per 10% Wrath) (2.5% per 10% bonus attack speed) bonus attack damage. Jhin's basic attacks grant him up to 10% (+4% per 10% bonus attack speed) bonus movement speed for 2 seconds based on current Wrath. (Not affected by Wrath multipliers).
Miss Fortune: If the initial shot of Double Up(Q) kills a target, the follow-up shot will deal damage with 100% Wrath.
Garen: Judgement(E) is affected by Wrath. Bonus damage from Wrath 50% effective.
Caitlyn: Headshot deals 50% AD + 50% of Wrath as bonus physical damage, modified to 150% AD versus non-champions.
Lucian: Bonus damage from Wrath on second shot of Lightslinger is 50% effective against champions and monsters.
Guaranteed Critical Strikes
Critical Strike: An attack that deals bonus physical damage by a percent amount and does not utilize Wrath.
Only found on select champions. Damage can be increased by Critical Damage multipliers.

Essence Reaver
3400 gold +70 AD +20% Wrath UNIQUE Passive: +10% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Gain increasingly more Cooldown Reduction from Wrath provided by other sources. (Maximum +20% additional Cooldown Reduction at 30% Wrath). UNIQUE Passive: Basic attacks restore up to 3% of your maximum Mana pool, based on current Wrath. (Not affected by Wrath multipliers).
Statik Shiv
2600 gold +35% Attack Speed +30% Wrath +5% Movement Speed Passive: Moving and attacking will make an attack energized. UNIQUE Passive - Shiv Lightning: Your Energized attacks deal 60~160 bonus magic damage (based on level) to up to 5 targets on hit. (Deals +65% bonus damage to minions and gains damage from Wrath).
Runaan's Hurricane
2600 gold +40% Attack Speed +30% Wrath +7% Movement Speed UNIQUE Passive - Wind's Fury: When basic attacking, bolts are fired at up to 2 enemies near the target, each dealing (40% of Attack Damage) physical damage. Damage of bolts is increased by Wrath and apply on-hit effects.
Randuin's Omen
+400 Health +60 Armor UNIQUE Passive: Incoming basic attacks have 40% reduced Wrath. UNIQUE Passive - Cold Steel: When hit by basic attacks, reduces the attacker's speed by 15% for 1 second. UNIQUE Active: Slows the Movement Speed of nearby enemy units by 55% for 2 seconds. (60 second Cooldown).
