idk why the buffs , tho he is good vs mages actually , he is only bad vs few ones such as 
, even other mages are suffering from them , the problem is those assassins such as 
are the reason why he is behind , also lithality and new runes are making him weaker since he is more like an adc melee , marksmen can kite , but at the end he is a melee , but again mages aren't the problem
so he needs armor not mr , and about they can be counter picks
