These are just suggestions don't get too butt-hurt! Blitzcrank Blitzcrank rework:

Passive: Radar Blitzcranks radar scans once every 3 seconds. Blitzcrank can detect units up to 650 range, they appear as silhouettes.

Q: Grappling hook ACTIVE: Blitzcrank fires his right hand in the target direction, tethering to the first enemy hit applying a slow for 10% for 1 second, after 0.5 seconds of contact Blitzcrank can reactivate Q to pull in the target dealing magic damage. If after 1.25 seconds the target is not pulled or moves too far from Blitzcrank the hand releases and the tether retracts.

W: Overdrive ACTIVE: Blitzcrank puts himself into overdrive, gaining bonus health regen, and bonus movement speed that decays to 10% over the duration.

E: Power First ACTIVE: Blitzcrank's next basic attack within 3 seconds deals 100% AD bonus physical damage and knocks up his target for 1 second.

R: Oil Slick PASSIVE: Blitzcrank leaves a short trail of oil behind him increasing in width and length as he levels up which slows ALL entities that traverse across it.

ACTIVE: Blitzcrank dumps his oil reserves to create an oil field which slows enemies that enter it by 40% for 1.5 seconds, if enemies remain within the field as it dissipates they are stunned for 0.5 seconds. Oil reserves can only be replenished upon visiting the fountain.

That Q is a glorious Q change.

I like a lot of the mechanics put forth here, but I think that Blitz isn't a good candidate for a rework of this scope. I really do hope to see something like the oil trail mechanic in the future.

interesting ideas, but I feel that Blitz idea of being a mana powered robot should be more of the focus if he is to get a rework or update in the future.

Meh... Passive feels a lot like item 3364 and I don't see how it fits his playstyle. Q: is very similiar to Kleds Beartrap and I don't understand why you have to racast the ability to pull, considering there is no reason not to. Slow far too small to keep enemies close on long range and the activation delay is also too short for reaction. W: why remove AS in favor of HR ? AR or MR would make more sense considering W is either used to escape or engage. Since you removed the penalty I guess the increase is lower now? R: Does passive also slow allies ? It seems very usefull as an escape tool, but I don't see it helping his playstyle that much. The return to the fountain and the stun at the end of the ability seem weirdly tagged on.

The Q changes seem nice in theory, but need tweaks and might overlapp with Kled a bit.
