Recently I saved up a lot of IP for Jhin, even bought RP to get his skin. But by force of habit I purchased Jhin with RP instead of my 10k IP. I messaged Rito asking for a refund or an exchange and they told me I was out of refunds. So I asked them, why do we only get 3 refunds for the life of the account? Why not, instead of 3 forever, we get 3 per season? When you think about it, Riot is only gaining from doing this. The content is what is being refunded, not the RP. So Riot keeps their profits but allows us to get something we actually like, or fix any mistakes we made. So why don't we get 3 refunds per season? I honestly believe it would make everyone happy! And the unused refunds don't have to stack but it is a good idea as well.
I do apologize if this is posted in the wrong board, but this is an idea and concept = idea.

Would this be a good way to treat your customers? Allow people to delete more RP transactions? Sure. Riot still gets their cash because we cant get that kind of refund, just in game currency, but Riot will never go for it. In reality Riot is under no legal obligation to offer any sort of refund or exchange policy. There are virtually no laws on micro transactions and as long as they provide you what you bought, all sales are final no if's and or buts. Because there are no laws surrounding micro transactions and the fact that all sales are final is the primary reason they are so widely adapted. You can return a video game at the very least for in store credit with almost every major gaming vendor. Cant do that with micro transactions.
Also PS. Riot is not the caring game some people think it is. Everyone you see on TV and such are employees hired by Riot who obviously want to stay employed and who also signed documents when they were hired that they will not publically speak out against the company. Riot and not Tencent has never and will never care about the players and when they do it is only under the area of their active player base. That is the only stat Riot cares about. How many people they have logging in who can potentially buy something.
