Can we give Lord Mordekaiser his spike back?

Okay so, I'll try and track down photo's of it - but basically when Lord Mordekaiser was released he had a horn on his belt. This was removed I assume due to...well...immaturity.

However as time has went on other skins have came out, and even base skins (IE: Rammus) with the exact same horn. The Lord Mordekaiser skin looks a bit silly without it, so I'm asking here to see if there's any chance of it being reverted :-)

If not returned as it was, put something there to make it look less...empty. He just looks like he's got a hole in the belt now :-P
