Skin ideas: Pool Party Pantheon and Kog'Maw

I came up with ideas for two pool party skins, and I do want to draw them so they can be shown, I decided to write about them first before I illustrate it. So here they are, the concepts I made for Pool Party Pantheon and Kog'Maw

Pool Party Pantheon: He would have either a scuba mask on with a tank on the back attached or diving goggles and a snorkel covering his face, and a swimming cap covering his head (I like the latter better). He'd have no shirt (who swims with a shirt on?) and blue shorts like graves, he'd use a surf board with the top bitten off by a shark as his shield, as for his spear the idea I had came from an idea for Pool Party Yasuo that I dropped due to only thinking up a weapon and making his E sprinklers; a pool noodle, which is something they should do (I remember a rioter saying they were surprised it hasn't happened already)! He'd also be wearing ether flippers or sandals for footware. His passive would either be little surf boards around him or the missing part of his shield around him. His Q would be just throwing the noodle, W could have him ride his shield on a wave instead on just jumping on them, E would be the noodle being stabbed around which should be a funny visual, and his ult could have him up and land creating a wave. I'm not sure what you could do with his recall, maybe have him ride the board, but this one is mostly because I like the design idea.

Pool Party Kog'Maw: His design has him look like a little blue shark like with Rek'Sai, with little fins on his back and his tail. He has goggles going across his face and has foalties on his arms and legs and has a big inflatable ring that looks like a voidling from Malz. His auto's have him shot water at his enemies (duh) and when he dies, holes poke out of his as water sprays out before he explodes. His Q is a big water bubble being shot, his W is a stream of water, E is a stream of water on the ground or maybe even a little water slide kids use during summer. His ult is also easy to get, strays water in the air like a fountain, drops of water drip above where it'll drop, then it drowns his enemies. His recall could have him swimming in circles in a small swimming pool like he's learning to swim.

I doubt either of these will get made (though I pray for Kog'Maw) I still thought these were some fun ideas I made and decided to share them, heck maybe someone at riot could use these ideas for future Pool Party skins. I might make another post with the drawn ideas at some point in the future.
