It's really sad to see Cass doing so poorly

Honestly, out of the 6 major reworks, Cass was the one I was most excited for, I just liked the ideas they had for her and thought they were really smart. Which makes it even sadder when she has the lowest win rate in the game. I'm not sure if it was sololy because the way Riot balanced her kit's new utility was done correctly or just that she was under powered, but I really hope the up coming changes in 6.10 and the ones she'll likely get in later patches fix exactly what went wrong and makes her what she could have been.

shes a hard champ, that requires skill and/or practice. she got reworked so people are like "oooo look at that champ leme play" loses game

also shes pretty garbage, and she always has been compared to the other mages since it doesn't take much to kill someone with them whereas cass has to kite so hard just do the same as another person did by hitting a button.

yeah that is true

and Cass being kite focused is probably also a big reason. She doesn't have the burst damage to kill most other champions and since a lot of the champions I've seen being played mid are burst heavy, she usually fails to leave laning phase in a good spot.

She can do more damage than other mages if played correctly. If she can kite well enough, she'll be able to keep doing damage.

with the removal of mana regen for mid laners they should give cassie her original passive back Cadence. and allow her to buy boots again as well as reduce her new W to three circles and be castable anywhere within its range instead of a fixed range.
