Riot, add back in Captain GP's selection Quote

That line was so cool and it's sad to see it go unused since Captain Gangplank isn't the default skin anymore, so the selection quote won't play. But why still leave it unused? Why not add it to his quote options for starting a game or when moving? Please add the quote back in, it's so good.
