Cyell the saintless

As i made this champ. keep in mind i am making him so those of you who see can comment and help me make him better and balanced, so whoever wants to help pls comment .

'My name is Cyell. (pronounced 'Sell') i am of Noxian heritage. i used to be a free lance doing jobs like killing raiders or hunting down robbers for a little cash here and there. Then i spotted a sign on a window that said, "Rift Fighters wanted" there was no money to be gained. but there were many already joined. It seemed like fun so the next day i set out to the rift."

Cyell is a melee fighter that uses a magical staff crafted from the horns of a demon. Using its magical powers to over power the enemy champions.

What should his attacks be? please comment and help me figure this out, i don't really make melee characters.
