Kul'Ghan, Thaumaturge of Dread[Champion Concept]

Hi all! I have an idea for a support that I would LOVE to play, and one that I think is pretty unique as well. I would love it if I could get some suggestions/criticism on the stats and passives, as this is my first forum suggestion.

I don't know anybody that can draw decently :( so no concept art. The Interactions, taunts, and splashes will be posted soon!

Kul'Ghan, Thaumaturge of Dread (Open to suggestion on cheesy name lol)

Sucostic Energy Q: Kul'Ghan fires an energy bolt that explodes on contact, dealing 7.5/9/10.5/12/15% of the target's current health as magic damage, and immobilizing them for 1/1.5/2/2.5/3 seconds. This also deals 5% of Kul'ghan's current health TO HIMSELF as magic damage. Range:1050 Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75/80 or 5% of current health. Cooldown Time: 10/9.5/8.5/7/6.6 seconds Passive: If this ability hits, Kul'Ghan gains 5 mana.

Praestrict W: Kul'Ghan uses Void magic to shield an ally or turret from 50/75/125/175/200 damage for 5 seconds, as well as making them invisible for the duration as long as they are not hit. This slows Kul'Ghan for the duration by 20% when both effects are active, and 10% when just the shield is active. Range:700 Mana Cost: 50/75/80/90/95 or 10% of current health. Cooldown Time: 8/7/6/5.5/5 seconds. Passive: Kul'Ghan gains 2 armor for every 60 units of mana he has at the moment.

Vallatus Hydram Curare E: Kul'Ghan wraps an ally in shadowy bandages for .5/1/1.25/1.5/2 seconds, immobilizing them both to heal 5/10/15/20/25% of their health. After the bandages unwrap, the target gains +20% movement speed for 3 seconds. Range: 350 Mana Cost: 75/80/85/90/100 or 12.5% of current health. Cooldown Time: 10/9/8/7/6 seconds Passive: All abilities can now be paid with a percentage of Kul'Ghan's current health. When his abilities are cast using HP, their negative effects are removed. When abilities are used this way, Kul'Ghan gains +1 health regen for the duration of the cooldown.(This effect does not stack)

Obliviscate R: Kul'Ghan teleports an ally or enemy champion within the void for 5 seconds, temporarily REMOVING THEM FROM THE GAME for the duration. While imprisoned, the champion cannot attack, use abilities, items, be dealt damage, or move. (Make their screen black or something with the champ in the middle?) Range: All Map Mana Cost: 120/125/130/135/140 or 15% of current health Cooldown Time: 100/110/120/135/150 Sec. Passive: During this ability's cooldown, all abilities can be cast again during cooldown for double their health percentage cost. Doing so adds ten seconds to the ult's cooldown time, and this can only be done once per ability per ult cooldown (Max +30 sec to time)

Unique Passive: Power Hungry: (This is only active when E has at least 1 level) Pressing A will cycle this ability. While Power Hungry is active, Kul'Ghan uses his own life force to cast abilities.

Kul'Ghan? Ah....where to start?

The first time I saw him, he was but a young boy, maybe eight years old, going places he shouldn't have been, seeing things he shouldn't have seen. One day, while in the midst of a vision, I felt a presence somewhere in Demacia, a disturbance of the Void. The vision shifted, dragging me away from my images of war and death, to show me a young boy. I saw him standing alone in a stone room, holding an old grimoire encrusted with rime and dirt. It was then I noticed the many vials of chemicals around him, and the pentagram in front of him. I focused my mind around this vision. I was intrigued. The symbols around the pentagram had a strange resemblance to the ones I saw in Icathia. The ones nobody thought existed.

He was muttering, "Old fool...telling ME what to do....I'll show him. I'll show them all. Those old fools. They can just rot." He threw a pinch of thaumite into the circle, and all of a sudden, things picked up. The first and third layers of the pentagram started to glow and spark purple energy as he chanted words in a tongue that had not been spoken in Demacia for over twenty thousand years. "Vel'koz, domus inane! Ego invoces gloriosa tenebris potestatem, hostium animos, lacerent plaudam relictis, illis doloribus nisi! The room started to shake, and the vision began to cloud. I fought with all my might, but I could not keep the image from collapsing. Before It finally ended, I saw the pentagram disappear, replaced by the unfathomable blackness known as the Void. Shadowy tendrils were flowing out of it, and entangling the boy. This was rumored to be impossible...a viable way of creating portals to the Void? It astounded me, and yet excited me even more

I sought him out, journeying for a year, until I heard rumors of a boy shunned as a demon, who walked in the shadows, clothed in black. They said that he made people disappear into a pool of darkness, never to be found again. Hm. Doesn't that sound like a certain someone?

I eventually found him in a small cave, poking at a Poro and giggling. He was still just a child, after all. The poor thing(the Poro, not Kul) was crying and shrinking away from him, sensing his power. I said, "You are the one they call Demon? Dreadbringer? Hm. You don't deserve those titles. You're merely a meddler. A meddler with unlimited potential. But I, I can make you worthy of them. I can teach you how to use your power. I will make you a GOD. The boy stood up, and I noticed that his irises were purple. They had been green when I saw him last. "A god? Well, that sounds most agreeable. When do I start?"

He became my first apprentice. He now goes by the name Kul'Ghan, Thaumaturge of Dread. A bit too dramatic for my taste, but everyone has their...quirks. He's still unsettling to be around. He makes the tempature in a room drop without even thinking about it. His power is unimaginable.

As in, Q would remove the damage back to him, W wouldn't slow Khul'Ghan? And how would it affect his ult?
