Bard Revamp-PLEASE

Ok, so I see all these champs getting reworked....but what about Bard? He's a 6300 IP champ who is ridiculously hard to play because he does almost no damage and has a tiny heal! I like him as a champion, but he's hard to play with because his abilities don't work together at all. Please change his ult or at least buff him.
