Yuna is an AP Jungler/Mage who focuses on control and burst.

This champion idea is pretty complicated, so I would love some help refining it!

Passive: Life Energy: Yuna recieves +2.5% of her maximum Mana as bonus health and AP.

90/95/100/105/110 Mana CD:20/18/16/14/12 seconds after return to default form Q: Yuna shapeshifts, transforming into a Cinderling. This gives her two abilities, Scorch and Ignite. Q: Scorch is a 3-second CD fireball attack that does 100/105/110/120/130(70% of her AP) magic damage over 1.5 seconds and slows the target for 1 second. W: Burning Rage deals 60/80/90/100/110 (+50% AD) While she is in this form, if she takes fatal damage, she will be returned to her default form and the health of her previous form will be deducted from her current HP. (The health of Yuna's alternate forms will be the same as the equivalent jungle monster's HP, but the attack damage will be 3 times the regular.)

80/90/100/105/110 Mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds after return to default form W: Yuna shapeshifts, transforming into a Raptor. While she is in this form, she has +10/12/14/16/18% (scaling off of 5% of your AP) movement and attack speed, and an extra 250 vision radius. If an enemy champion steps into this radius and is invisible, Yuna will be alerted to their presence. This bonus is negated for five seconds if she takes damage from an enemy champion.

Passive: Attuned: While Yuna is in the jungle, she gains +2.5% Health and AP, as well as a movespeed bonus of 20.

70/80/90/100/110 Mana CD: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds after return to default form E: Yuna transforms into a Sentry. While she is in this form, she gains a constant AP bonus of 5%, and gains access to two abilities, Q: Counter, and W: Arcane Binding. Counter is a spell shield with a cooldown of 7/6/5/4/3 seconds that negates all damage from the next ability Yuna comes into contact with(within 2.5/3/3.5/4.5/5 seconds), and gives her 40% movespeed when the shield is broken for 2 seconds. Arcane Binding is a point-and-click bind with a cooldown of 10/9/8/7/6 seconds which does 60/70/80/110/120(+80% of your AP) magic damage and binds the target for 1/1.5/2.5/3/4 seconds.

110/105/100/95/90 Mana CD: 120/110/100/90/80 seconds R: Yuna transforms into a Dragon with 4 new moves , costing no mana. If she dies in this form, the enemy team gets two Dragon buffs. CD: 6/5/4/3/2 seconds Q: Ripping Slash: Yuna claws the space in front of her in a cone, dealing 100/110/120/140/150 physical damage (+80% of her AD) to enemies in the AoE. 8/7/6/5/4 seconds W: Force of Nature: Yuna calls down lightning to a specific spot, stunning enemies in the area for 2/3/4/5/6 seconds and dealing 80/90/100/110/120 magic damage(+60% of Yuna’s AP) 10/9/8/7/6 seconds E: Take Flight: Yuna takes flight to a specific spot within 250/500/750/1000 units after channeling for 3/4/5/6/7 seconds. 12/10/9/8/7 seconds R: Incinerate: Yuna breathes fire in a cone for 1/1.5/2.5/3/4 seconds, igniting all enemies in the AoE, dealing 100/110/120/130/135 (+40% AP) magic damage to them over 4 seconds.

Couple of thing i don't like/ i am not fond of/ could be changed:

  1. Passive bonus AP is an average boost, but bonus HP is like nothing. With 3K mana you would get 32,5 bonus HP. Or your passive is just super unclear.
  2. We already have an ignite called ability.
  3. W bonus vision range is insane.
  4. Why she/he transform into a dragon, if she/he is a force of nature?
  5. You call her/him a force of nature, but it looks more like a druid/phaseshifter type of champ. The is no force of nature in her/his kit.
  6. Dragon form's E is just plain stupid.

Couple of this i like:

  1. Transforming into fun forms and getting new abilities based on current form
  2. Don't have a second one, sorry

Your concept is hard to read and hard to understand. Try to make it easier to read. You can copy concept writing style of other people. It is just a style, but it helps people to understand what you want to say.

That passive seems extremely broken and not powerful enough, if she has 2000 mana then she will get 444 ap which is about 3.5 deathcaps
