Katarina Legendary Skin Idea

If anyone has images they can post below of maybe what this skin would like, or any skin idea they had, feel free to post it below.

Ok, so the other day I was thinking and it hit me - what about a Hurricane Katarina skin? It would probably be legendary, due to massive particle change, but it probably would look really good if Riot turned it into a reality.

She would float above the ground, so different movement animation, and maybe a new idle animation. Her taunt would make a hurricane appear around her briefly, her joke maybe shows a few stray winds seeking out an enemy (tentative - not sure what it should look like), her recall would be something to do with a storm (not sure what it would like yet - probably some rain, maybe some lightning if that fits with the theme). The skin would make her somewhat translucent, with gray and blue color schemes, like a storm. Not quite sure what it would look like, and I'm AWFUL at drawing, so if anyone's good at drawing, please post your best drawing of it if you feel like it.

Her W could be a hurricane, and maybe her ult too - with semi-ghostly daggers that look like mini-hurricanes or hurricane winds. When she throws a dagger (Q or R), it looks like a mini hurricane or hurricane wind on its travel path, and leaves a hurricane mark (Q). Her E - still working on that, but maybe you see a hurricane for a split second at cast and target location, and she turns completely translucent during the reduced-damage duration (not invisible - just translucent, the health bar is still visible).

I had an idea for a new joke, but didn't really like it. Any new nature-related or storm-related VO lines would be greatly appreciated - I bet someone has a good one-liner.
