Alice, Harbinger of Chaos [Champion concept]

Just an idea I had, for a bruiser/marksman champion. Thought about the idea for several hours, plan on updating this base on everyone's comment and thanks for reading.

Sometime much later in the future, I plan on getting some art for the concept champion.

Alice, the harbinger of chaos Passive:Unwanted Demonic power

Chaos Manifestation Meter: Dealing damage to enemies or receiving damage will fill your chaos bar, Alice gains gains 1-50% bonus AD and MS base on the percentage of Alice’s Chaos bar. Alice receives 1-50% more damage from all sources base on the percentage of Alice’s Chaos bar. At Maximum Chaos, Alice’s skin turns blue while growing wings, a tail and horns, Alice remains at max chaos until she dies.

Q: Chaos & Order ----cdr: 4 seconds

Alice can attack in both melee and long range. Melee auto range: 150 Chaos blade: Melee range attacks inflicts chaos on a target for three seconds, the enemy unit or champion that is inflicted with chaos receive 2/4/6/8/10% bonus true damage from all incoming physical damage. Killing a minion or champion grants one bullet.

Range auto range: 475/500/525/550/575 Execution pistol: Alice starts the game with only eighteen bullets. Auto attacks from the execution pistol will execute minions or champions at 10% or less hp. Max amount of bullets Alice can carry is eighteen. Killing a minion or champion grants one bullet.

W: Encouraged Chaos ----cdr: 40 seconds

While Human, Alice can instantly increases the chaos meter by 5% instantly but only up to 90% and temporarily become immune to physical damage for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

At maximum chaos, Alice laughs manically granting her a 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% bonus AD shield of her max health permanently while producing an aura that inflicts chaos to surrounding enemies for 10 seconds.

E: Growing Chaos ----cdr: 18 seconds

While Human, Alice dodges 10/12.5/15/17.5/20% of auto attacks for six seconds and dashes to a location which causes a fear in a small circle for 1.25 seconds.

At Maximum Chaos, Alice heals 8/12/16/20/24% of damage dealt to her from physical damage for six seconds and flies to a location which deals 175 damage (+85% bonus AD) in a small circle.

R: Chaotic energy ----cdr: 180 seconds

While Human, Alice restores 15/25/40% of missing health over ten seconds and gains 100% to her chaos bar.

At Maximum chaos, Alice expels in a fit of laughter while detonating a massive blast wave from her horns which deals 400/550/700 (+20% total ad)(+35% bonus ad of nearby enemy champions). Afterwards, Alice gets summoner 3 as well as grounded for 5 seconds while also decreasing her hp to 100, then Alice turns into a human.

Update: Removed some typo's from the text. Removed Harbinger of chaos passive. Changed passive and made r heal over time instead.

Numbers are busted. She gains 100% bonus AD at maximum, while taking 100% bonus damage? Either she will be one-shotting people by this point or get blown up herself, which doesn't make sense for bruisers and marksmen who are meant to have sustained damage.

What's the radius on this ability? As in, what area does the target have to be in for it to apply. This is a nice spell, though it will be busted AF if the radius is too big. Also, the 4-second cooldown is not nearly long enough for something which applies at max 10% bonus true damage on top of physical damage.

Very good for her lane sustain, although 10 seconds is as long as old Mordekaiser's ult...also is the scaling 20% total AD, base AD or bonus AD? It will be more powerful if total, less so if base.

What does the first part mean? She dodges 20% of all auto attack damage, like a glorified Ninja Tabi? Or...?

Good concept overall, I'm just missing some bits.

There should be more uses for the chaos meter, maybe it can deplete through using some abilities other than R? Maybe on her W, she can gain that shield, but loses that chaos meter, because the human dash on her E and the dodge is basically invaluable (but that dodge is brooooken; there was a reason they removed it from the game).

Other than that, numbers are super super high. This isn’t bad, just play around more with the human side, and the chaos meter depleting.
