Quinn rework
So I wrote out a Quinn rework where Quinn is still and ADC bu can command Valor to an extent, and he's always out unless he dies. Does anyone want to read it? If so, I'll post it here
This is where the rework was going to be

Quinn doesn't need a rework, people just need to realize she isn't an ADC, she is a top lane counter pick bruiser/ADC. They pick melee, you pick Quinn.
Well, I agree with you on one point: Quinn doesn't need a rework
She CAN however, be played quite proficiently as a bot lane ADC. You need a good support, and certain matchups are just horrible (going against Caitlyn? Please kill me now), but she is quite good at that role. The amount of damage she puts out (even at level 1) is insane, and if you play her right, you can snowball and carry. If you really want to see some stuff, look up Wildturtle (yes, that Wildturtle) playing Quinn on Youtube. It's from either preseason, or early season 5, but still very recent (it's even before her two bug fixing patches)

Yeah, you said nothing that can't be said about every other ADC. Every ADC is good with a good support. Varus is top tier with a good support, doesn't mean he is the best at that role. Guess what every other ADC, besides Caitlyn gets besides her, team functionallity, at all times, more DPS, or just all around more useful. Vayne does more DPS and longer range, Graves gets to be tankier and have more DPS to a whole team, but ranged ADC with 525 range that is a better dueler then she team splitpusher or DPS machine isn't a good ADC, she just isn't.

So does Draven, Sivir, and Kalista.

So can every ADC.

And in his very first pro game, he got a pentakill with Caitlyn, that doesn't mean she is the best ADC, or even in the top five. He is a pro, he has done ADC Teemo and won games, doesn't mean I would pick Teemo over any other ADC.
Quinn is a duelist, she thrives in fighting 1 vs 1s, where as every other ADCs have some kind of team utility, long range, and/or damage to carry them along. Her range is short, she has no burst outside the early levels, and for her damage to actually be noticeable late game, she has to transform into Valor, which transforms her into a melee ADC which puts her squishy butt in danger, on top of the fact her ultimate isn't really usable in team fights beyond chasing down the enemy after the fight is already won or running away, which means she isn't orbwalking for damage like all the other ADCs.
So yeah, she might have the look and feel of an ADC, but she doesn't have features that support her laning in a 2 vs 2 lane at all, no decent wave clear, no long range, no reliable poke, nothing. Her entire kit functions much better when she is fighting solo, poking down melee top laners who can't really catch her.

To be honest, Quinn doesn't even look or feel like an ADC. All of her damage is frontloaded, and if she can't burst the target down she generally dies. She waits for opponents to blow their cooldowns and then focuses carries. That's what assassins do, not ADCs.
Most bruisers and tanks late game can shrug off Quinn's combo unless they're already low. In contrast, none of them can ignore a late game Draven, Tristana, Kalista, or even an Ashe's dps for too long or they'll go down.
